Neox is a 'software product' company founded by two industry veterans with decades of experience in the US as well s Indian companies. Knowledge in the following areas would help:


PHP candidate:
- Core PHP
- Object Oriented Concepts
- Experience with PHP-MySQL projects


Java candidate:
- Core Java
- Java Swing, Eclipse
- Experience with desktop applications would help
